Activities
Ferryland is a historic and scenic jewel. The second oldest community in North America. We have our own archeological dig, dinner theater, music festival, and Museum .We are the Home of world famous lighthouse picnics. Watch the whales feed while you feed. Ferryland is a birdwatchers paradise with wild ducks, puffins, beachbirds, bald eagles, seagulls robins occassional snowy owls have been spotted. We have hiking trails, access to wilderness area, cod jigging, At the center of the Southern shore we have whale watching tours, and sea kayaking on one end, and "Mistaken Point" a UNESCO world heritage site on the other end. Visit the Pool home of Lord Baltimore, and the famous Pirate Peter Easton. The world renown singer songwriter Ron Hynes was born here.

The South facing "Sir Arthur Holdsworth" Room with en-suite, Queen-sized bed and balcony overlooking Ferryland harbor.
The South facing "TorHamVan" Room featuring Two Large single beds, en-suite and Balcony overlooking Ferryland harbor.
The West facing "Lord Baltimore" room our largest with a King-Sized Bed , large en-suite and Bay Window.
All rooms have TV and Wi-Fi., Jatoba hardwood floors. All guests have access to the Guest Dining, Reading room, Kitchenette area with East View of the ocean and reading room with View of Ferryland harbor.
Room Rates vary with room , season, double and or single occupancy.
Other Features
We have for our guests Three decks at ground level to relax on, one on east side and one on South side. One deck is right on the beach. Two bedrooms have their own private balconies ideal for a private intimate lunch, conversation or private read. The ocean deck has its own firepit We have plenty of lounge chairs to relax on. Some are even scattered along the beachfront where you can watch the whales or even enjoy the surf crashing on the reefs. Surfers also surf the waves in Kelly's cove on of our beaches. and two balconies. Our property boasts a fish pond with its own colony of frogs. Our fields have wild flowers of many varieties, blueberry and strawberry bushes and . Birdwatchers love it here.
